New Tech Network has launched the Help Center with three tiers of access. Your access to its features depend on your school's subscription level.
Public Tier: Without signing in, anyone can see various documents and information that New Tech Network has made publicly available.
Network Tier: School staff that are members of the New Tech Network automatically gain access to 100s of articles and resources curated and created by our staff to support the innovative work we do. Any new staff member added to Echo will automatically get an account created in the NTN Help Center within 24 hours.
Support Tier: In addition to full access to all Help Center articles, schools that are contracted to get coaching support via the Help Center can also submit request using the "Ask a Coach" button. This feature is available to schools starting their journey with New Tech Network in 2019 only. If your school started earlier than that, please continue to email your school coach directly.
