What is the NTN Slack Community?
The NTN Slack Community is a space created to shorten the distance between members of New Tech Network essentially making connecting and communicating with one another more accessible.
Slack is the platform we are using to host our community space.
Within the NTN Slack Community members can:
- connect with one another
- share ideas around teaching practices
- ask for feedback
- celebrate positive things happening in their school
- share resources
- seek support on challenging ideas
- and so much more!
How do I join the NTN Slack Community?
Every member of New Tech Network is automatically given an account in the NTN Slack Community. Your school leader or other designated individual can assign you a membership using the Member Resources Tool in Echo.

To access the NTN Community using a web browser, click here. The first time you log in, you will need to set a password and authenticate your account. For an even better experience, download the Slack application using the instruction below.
How do I Download Slack App to My Devices?
You can access the NTN Slack Community online using a web browser, or you can download the slack app to your device(s).
Once the app is downloaded to any device, you will login using your email address and the password created when you joined the NTN Slack Community.
I already have Slack, how do I add the NTN Slack Community to my existing Slack Environment?
If you already use Slack at your school, or for personal reasons, you can add the NTN Slack Community workspace to your existing Slack instance.
- Sign into multiple workspaces on your desktop app
- Sign into multiple workspaces in your web browser
- Sign into multiple workspaces on your iOS app
- Sign into multiple workspaces on your Android app

How do I Sign in to the NTN Slack Community?
To sign in to the NTN Slack Community on the web, visit ntncommunity.slack.com and enter your email address and password previously created.
