How can I access the NTN Help & Learning Center?

The NTN Help & Learning Center is a collection of more than 100 articles, resources, and guides reflecting New Tech Network's 20 years of working with schools. In fact, this article is posted in it.

If you are not signed in, you have free access to a limited number of resources. If your school is currently under contract with New Tech Network and your school leader has allocated a membership license to you, you can sign in and access the full library of materials.

In some cases, your school may also have access to submit support requests through the Help Center and get a response from one of our school coaches.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing trouble logging into the Help Center:

• Confirm that your email is correct in Echo. Your Echo account is synced with the Help Center to manage your access.
• Check with your school leader to make sure they have allocated an NTN membership license to you.
• Contact your school coach to get assistance.
