When the Plan tab is opened, NTN Blueprint synthesizes all the elements from the 1-Pager, Rubric, and Learning Journey tabs to generate a cohesive, day-to-day instructional plan for your project.
This automatically generated plan includes the following components:
- Phase Labels: Each day of the project is clearly labeled with the corresponding project phase.
- Activity Descriptions: Each day features an activity plan, including a brief description and suggested time for completion.
- Deliverables: Deliverables from the Learning Journey appear on the corresponding days they are due.
- Teacher Preparations: Each week includes suggested teacher preparations to support successful implementation of the planned activities.
Users can click on any activity plan to open the right-hand menu, where the AI will generate a detailed lesson plan that teachers can follow. Deliverables can also be selected to open their detailed view, identical to the view found in the Learning Journey tab, allowing users to edit them directly within the Plan tab.
To regenerate the entire plan, click the Regenerate button located in the upper-right corner of the Plan window.
Tip: Regenerating the Plan will replace any manual edits or customizations made to specific lesson plans. To preserve your work, review and finalize all edits before selecting Regenerate. You can also switch between Plan versions in the same way you would in earlier stages of the NTN Blueprint build.
Exporting Your Project
To export your completed project, click the Export flag located in the right-hand menu. NTN Blueprint allows you to export your project in two formats: PDF or Google Doc.
(Note: Inkwire Spaces is part of a separate feature set that is not currently included with NTN Blueprint.)
Note: To export your project as a Google Doc, your Google Drive must be linked with Inkwire. If you encounter any issues with this integration, contact your school’s IT team for assistance.
